2005 WILTON BEAVERS, 42-0
–
Jeremy Weih deposited a ball few rows deep in the parking lot behind the left-field fence in Wilton’s first-round matchup with Clarinda in what would be the first high school home run ever hit at Principal Park. Weih and Wes Frie combined for 122 RBI and 28 home runs – Frie also dominated on the mound going 12-0 while striking out 113. Lefty Evan Cooling won a ridiculous 15 games, striking out 131 batters with a .53 ERA. The rest of the 2A field proved to be no match for the Beavers, their combined tournament scores were 30-3.
